Lies, damned lies, and statistics

For years, I have served as a useful source of motivation, help or advice to my neighbors quietly about politics in North Miami Beach. I have also seen a lot of divisive and racist politics in the city like it was 1950 and 2022. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started NMB Truth with a mission to give others what seem clear to me:  There is dangerous group of racist politicians and their supporters who are trying to "turn back the clock" on the city. What started as occasional conversations has evolved into a public service filled with information about how the most corrupt politicians among us have somehow figured out a way to stay out of trouble and point to others as the corrupt ones.
